We accept payments via all Visa and Mastercard cards.
Installment purchases are available in up to 6 monthly payments, exclusively through StarCard TEB.
4. Shipping
- Kosovo: Free shipping
- Albania & North Macedonia: €3
- Europe & Worldwide: Shipping costs vary depending on the weight and destination and are calculated automatically at checkout.
Estimated delivery time is usually 7 to 14 business days, depending on the destination and shipping method.
5. Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it within 14 days of receipt.
- The product must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.
- Discounted items or items purchased during promotional campaigns are not eligible for refunds – only size or model exchange is offered, depending on stock availability.
- Refunds for standard orders are processed within 10–14 days after the returned product has been received.
- Returns must be sent to the address provided by our support team.
